What are critical dimensions necessary in the tolerance stack-up/loop to minimize the part gap?

There are 4 critical dimensions that need to be controlled to control the gap. Let me know what you all think.

Depending on how the drawing is created and which dimensions are called out with a tolerance, the loop could be as simple as:

  • bottom of blue tip to the face in the snap fit (top housing)
  • face of snap fit (bottom housing) to bottom of green part
  • bottom of green part to top of green part

Some basic dimensions may need to be included.
